Overview
Pipedrive‘s multiple pipeline feature allows you to manage different sales processes or business workflows in parallel. Whether you’re handling multiple products, services, or team functions, using separate pipelines can help you stay organized and improve efficiency.
๐ง Setting Up Multiple Pipelines
Step 1: Access Your Pipelines
- Log into your Pipedrive account.
- From the main navigation bar, click on โDeals.โ
- In the upper left corner of the Deals view, click the pipeline name dropdown.
Step 2: Create a New Pipeline
- Click โ+ Add new pipeline.โ
- Give your pipeline a name (e.g., โEnterprise Sales,โ โOnboarding,โ โRenewalsโ).
- Click โAdd pipeline.โ
- Customize your stages:
- Click the gear icon โ๏ธ next to your pipeline name.
- Select โEdit pipeline stages.โ
- Add, remove, or rename stages to match your workflow.
๐ก Tip: Keep your stage names action-oriented (e.g., โInitial Contact,โ โProposal Sent,โ โNegotiationโ).
๐ Switching Between Pipelines
- Navigate to Deals, then use the pipeline dropdown to switch between your pipelines.
- Each pipeline retains its own deals, filters, and progress, giving you a clear picture of each workflow.
โ๏ธ Editing or Deleting a Pipeline
To Edit:
- Click the gear icon next to the pipeline name.
- Choose โEdit pipeline stages.โ
To Delete:
- Go to the gear icon.
- Click โDelete pipeline.โ
- Confirm the action. (Note: Deals in the deleted pipeline must be moved or deleted before proceeding.)
๐ Reporting on Multiple Pipelines
- Use the Insights feature to create reports filtered by pipeline.
- Go to Insights > Create report > Deals performance.
- Apply filters to include specific pipelines.

- While you can’t restrict access per pipeline by default, you can manage visibility using visibility groups in User & Visibility Settings.
