Before starting the integration, make sure you have:
- A Salesforce license (Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, or Developer Edition).
- A Microsoft Outlook account (Microsoft 365, Outlook 2016+, or Outlook on the Web).
- Admin permissions in both Salesforce and Microsoft 365 (if deploying organization-wide).
- A supported browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
๐ Step-by-Step Setup Guide
1. Enable Salesforce Outlook Integration (Admin)
- Log in to Salesforce.
- Navigate to Setup.
- In the Quick Find box, type Outlook Integration and Einstein Activity Capture.
- Click Settings and enable:

- โ Einstein Activity Capture (optional for automatic sync of emails/events)
- Save your changes.
2. Assign Outlook Integration Permission Set
- In Setup, go to Permission Sets.
