๐ง How to Integrate Gmail with Pipedrive
Step 1: Navigate to Email Sync Settings
- Click on your profile picture (top right corner) > Personal preferences
- Select the Email sync tab
- Click โAdd new accountโ
Step 2: Choose Gmail
- Select Google (Gmail) as your provider
- Sign in with your Gmail credentials and grant permission to access your account
Step 3: Configure Sync Settings
- Choose Two-way (recommended) or One-way sync
- Decide whether to sync:
- All emails
- Only emails linked to existing Pipedrive contacts
